Welcome to Performance Foodservice – La Crosse biggest event of the year! Collaborate with experts on innovative ideas and concepts, all in a relaxed no pressure environment. Be sure to download the PFS La Crosse Foodcentric App for complete access to all event information in one place including: digital marketing materials, booth information, and item allowances. Additionally, it is a user-friendly platform for taking notes on show day and allows for digital exchange of information. Customer Appreciation Gala

CHEERS TO YOU!

Join us for our annual Customer Appreciation Gala where we celebrate and thank our wonderful customers like YOU! There will be food, drinks, live music and dancing! Make sure you let us know if you will be in attendance when you register for the Foodcentric Experience! Must be 21 years or older to attend. Must register to attend. Limit of 4 attendees per account.

Pre-registration is suggested as it will make your entry into the event seamless, avoiding long registration lines and getting you right to your tastings. Pre-registration also ensures we are able to accurately link your account information to your post-event tracking, ensuring your incentive opportunities are connected to your attendance.
By providing a valid email address, we will be able to send you event-day information including a quick-scan QR code for easy entry and access to our Performance Foodservice Events app. Additional details such as parking and venue information will also be sent prior to the event to answer any questions you may have.

Following the event, a capture of your items booked will be sent to the email address you place on file so you can be sure you are ordering the items you loved. Your information will not be used for any other purpose, is not carried over and is not shared with anyone outside of Performance Foodservice without your consent.
During our live event hours, guests will be able to interact with booths using easy-to-scan codes to book their own product and lock in bonus payout opportunities. Once you download, please use your email address to log in to the app – no password is required!
Yes, this event is designed for you and your team to see and discover new ideas, trends, and opportunities. However, attendees need to be over the age of 18 and we have a maximum of 4 people per account.
Every customer who walks through the door already has show deals locked in for customer allowances. Customer Allowances will be on the items seen on the Performance Foodservice App and run from April 20th thru June 14th.
a. The Gala will be held on Sunday, April 13th starting at 5:00 PM. We ask that you do not enter into the Ballroom until the starting time. If you are attending the Gala please make sure to click “Yes” on that portion of the registration questions. There is a maximum of 4 attendees per account for the Customer Appreciation Gala.
